By downloading, installing, or using the Ossify mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Ossify is a digital platform designed for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, instructors, and gym owners. The App provides:

Your use of Ossify is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Currently, Ossify is provided as a free service. While our primary market is Switzerland, the App is available globally through app stores. We reserve the right to introduce subscription tiers in the future, with appropriate notice to users.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ossify or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting content to Ossify, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the App. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall Ossify be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months, or CHF 100 if you have not made any payments.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Ossify, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations by contacting us at pp@neatnet.tech. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction specified below.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Ossify shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
